Dr. Liana Patt, Chief Executive Officer at FutuRx is a healthcare executive with over 20 years in pharma & biotech.
Liana brings specific expertise in innovation evaluation, strategic development, fund raising for a wide range of technologies and therapeutic areas, through extensive value creation in NewCos establishment, development and commercialization.

Before joining FutuRx Liana was the CEO of Integra Holdings, the Healthcare VC arm of the Hebrew university since 2013.
Prior to that, Liana served as VP Search & Evaluation and Business Development at TEVA where she led global teams responsible for investments and in-licensing.
She holds a PhD from the WIS and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

Modi Teicher, Chief Business Officer

Modi Teicher is a healthcare executive with over 15 years in pharma, Modi brings specific expertise in strategy, deal-making and management consulting. Modi’s journey entails senior positions in a variety of business development activities in the pharma industry and he is a lawyer and a CPA by training with LL.B, B.A. and MBA from Tel-Aviv University. Prior to FutuRx, among others, Modi held the positions of VP, Corporate Business Development at Rafa Laboratories and Senior Director of Corporate Development at Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Aric Orbach

Chief Technology Officer

Aric has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In his recent position at Teva’s R&D , Aric managed the pharmacology department responsible for investigating the MoA and therapeutic benefit of novel drug candidates in ddevelopment. Prior to that, Aric served as a project leaderr in the R&D where he oversaw the full scope of development activity . He began his career at Teva in the toxicological department . Aric brings knowledge of pre-clinical development for novel drug candidates from the discovery phase , through IND , up to product registration. His is experienced with the conduct of in vitro and vivo models to support the development of novel therapeutics. Aric majored in Biology (BSc.) and Veterinary medicine (DVM) at the Hebrew university and holds an MBA from Peres Academic Center.

Keren Kocshitzki

Chief Finance Officer

Prior to joining FutuRx, Ms. Kocshitzki served for 12 years at Teva Pharmaceutical Ltd. In various roles including Teva Global R&D CFO and Growth Market Commercial finance business partner.

Ms. Kocshitzki holds a Master’s degree in economics from Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, Israel.

Her expertise is in the areas of strategic and operational finance planning and analysis, specifically in pharmaceutical development from discovery stage, global clinical trials to product commercialization, operational optimization including forecasting, costing and evaluations.

Shahar Nir, HR manager

HR manager

Shahar Nir is FutuRx’s HR manager. She specializes in learning and organizational development processes and leadership development. Shahar holds a master’s degree in organizational consulting from Bar Ilan University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Prior to joining FutuRx, Shahar was learning and development manager at Next Leader and HR manager for Bonus Bio Group.
